This is a close up of my contact lens in the cleaning solution. The solution is perxoide based. It really bubbles a lot when my allergies are acting up – like they are now!

It was 67 degrees here today! There were so many people in my neighborhood outside walking, playing, or working in their yards. I took my dog for a nice walk, cleaned out my flower bed, and then just sat in my glider and enjoyed the warm weather for a while. While I was sitting my the glider I happened to notice a pair of shoes I wore while working in the yard last year. They must have been muddy the last time I wore them because they were still outside….and still muddy!

It finally warmed up for a while today! It was so nice to be able to get outside without a heavy coat. It was so nice I decided to grill tonight. Of course I could grill any night since I have a gas grill, but it’s much nicer when the weather is warm! I’ve always like the color of the flames, so why not take a photo of them.

The exterminator came by today and got the trap under my crawl space. He’s coming back Monday to get the trap that has been in my bathroom for a week. No squirrel has been caught. We’re pretty sure the squirrel must have been outside when the entrance next to my HVAC unit was sealed. My dog hasn’t been barking and scratching at the baseboards any more….so I’m reclaiming my bathroom!

I am so tired today. Long day at work, home late, ready to sit on the couch and rest. Didn’t get a chance to shoot anything earlier today. Looked in the sink…hmmm…at least I have colorful dirty dishes! I liked the accidental composition too.
